Triple chocolate chip cookies
No need for a mixer. I will show you how to make these delicious cookies by hand.
2 1/4 cups of all purpose flour
1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
1/4 teaspoon of salt
1 cup of brown sugar
1/2 cup of white sugar
3/4 cup of white chocolate
3/4 cups of dark chocolate
3/4 cups of milk chocolate* pecans optional
1 whole egg
1 egg yolk
2 teaspoons of vanilla
3/4 cup of melted butter
How to make
Right before baking pre-heat oven to 325
Mix all of your dry ingredients together and set aside. Next in a separate bowl pour your melted butter into the two sugars. stir until well blended. Add your eggs one a a time. Don't worry doesn't matter which is first. Add the vanilla. pour your wet ingredient into you dry ingredients and stir. Now using your hands mix until well blended. Add your chocolate chips and nuts, which are options.
Using a cookie scooper or a table spoon scoop up the dough and put into your prepared cookie sheet. If you are using a tablespoon scoop the dough and gently round before placing on the cookie sheet. Line the cookie dough balls on the cookie sheet making sure to leave at least 2 inches a part. Cover with plastic.
If you are not baking all the cookies here is where you can put the rest into a freezer container or ziplock bag and bake another day. Place in oven at 325 when ready to bake for 12-15 minutes. Oven temperatures vary so start checking at the 12 minute mark. Cookies are ready when the middle fluffs up a bit. Remove from the oven and let them cool for 10 minutes. Well if you can:)
* add pecans
* make all one type of chocolate
* Make the cookies the day before baking
Melted butter works best
you can change to a non dairy butter if needed. But will yield a different result.
